  1. I really feel that I need to comment here. I recorded the original program in the fall where Dr Oz talked about Garcinia Cambogia. I took notes and did what research I could on the Net - hoping to avoid the sites that were just hype. I ended up ordering some from Amazon that has 60% HCA, calcium and potassium in 500 mg capsules. I have also used on bought at Wal-Mart that had pretty much the same ingredients in 800 mg capsules. I have generally taken 1500/1600 mg each morning about an hour before I eat and again in the late afternoon, trying to get it in about an hour before supper. For full disclosure, at the time I started taking this, I also added in Nutrigold Gymnema Sylvestre Gold (Organic), 550 mg, 90 veg. capsules (a "sugar buster") from the same company on Amazon. This is a 550 mg capsule that I take once in the morning.

    Before I tell you my results, let me try to give you some"bona fides". About 2 years ago, I was nearing 600 pounds and had been up there for awhile. I cut back on what I ate and ate better and lost about 100 pounds in just over a year. I had some health issues along the way, but they were from the weight, not the weight loss or method of weight loss. Early last year, I stalled out and even beginning some pretty rigorous and regular exercise didn't do much to move me off my plateau. About October, I began two different initiatives - tracking everything I ate and drank in a food diary and adding in Garcinia Cambogia and Gymnema. With these in place, I have been losing anywhere from 1 to 4 pounds per week (with a few "bad" weeks that taught me to stay on-track) - now down about 45 pounds in around 4 months. I have more energy to be up and around - I feel like doing more and that is starting a spiral of a different nature than I am used to. Eating better, eating less, doing more - you could say that's what's doing it all.

    I will beg to differ only because I have talked several close friends and family members into trying Garcinia Cambogia, too, and all of them have started to lose a few pounds a week without making any other changes. Once they see it working, they have begun to eat better and try to piggyback on the success that it starts for them, but it's the extract that kicks things off. Do you need to eat less and better? YES! Do you need to move around more? YES. Does this help you get started? MOST DEFINITELY!

    I am now down over 130 pounds in just over 2 years. I owe a lot to eating right and moving more, but I also owe a lot to this supplement for getting me over some hurdles and keeping me on the right path. Please try this (and the Gymnema) if you are a carbaholic like me. You can find good quality items on Amazon and even eBay. Spend $10 to $30 and give it a month to see if you feel better. One friend finally tried it, said she really didn't know if it was doing all tha much for her, then weighed after about 10 days and was down 5.5 pounds. That knowledged supplied her with the impetus to really start trying harder with diet and exercise.

    Try this supplement. Track what you are eating - I do it with a small, cheap spiral that stays with me all the time and I transfer to a spreadsheet each night. There are many apps for computers and smart devices that will help you out, too. Exercise as you can. You will see some success and that will help you want to continue to see more success.   2. This product is AWESOME! I'm a Registered Nurse and I don't just put anything into my body. Although I have struggled with weight gain in recent years, due to the amount of stress that I've been under after losing my sister, mother, father, and brother back to back...I'd say my cortisol levels reached an all time high. Everything that I put in my mouth, stuck to me. I've been taking this for 3 weeks now and my belly fat is disappearing, I am no where near as hungry as I've been in the past and I have more energy.
